 Director, Research & Development at Conductor, Inc.( 2008 till date) Heading the R&D group at Conductor, Inc. Leading efforts in managing and architecting next generation state of the art algorithms for Conductor's search analytics, scoring, recommendation and predictions platform.
 Tech Lead at Yahoo! Inc( 2006 till date) leading and actively participating in various projects involving architecting, research, design, development of various components of the web search engines. We did stuff to improve Yahoo Search Engine relevancy. The things we did ranged from information extraction, spam detection, classification etc etc

Research and Development Centre, Bangalore( Jan 2006 - Nov 2006) leading in research, design and implementation of large scale distributed Information Retrieval, Extraction, Content Matching and Machine Learning based Components for Yahoo Vertical search components and products.

Research and Development Centre, Bangalore( May 2004 - Jan 2006) Worked as a Senior Research Engineer and was involved in research, design and implementation of large scale distributed Information Retrieval, Extraction, Content Matching and Machine Learning based Components.
 SAP Labs India( Nov 2003 - May 2004) Was an Intern with the Search Team and worked on developing and enhancing Search Engine Components and related algorithms like query expansion etc
